For quality control of Metals & Plastics, inspector will carry out inspection based on AQL according to the inspection checklist, made out by DPH, included customer’s special requirements and approval samples, but also international regulations, safety standards and our inspector’s extensive industry know-how.

Below main tests are to be performed during inspection: Visual check (plating, coating, spraying layer etc), thickness check on plating, coating, spraying layer etc), Size check, Unit weight check, Printing color check, function check and so on.
